wan chai hennesy road, tseung kwan o, heung tak, mong kok.
It is difficult to find pccw in tseung kwan o and only near market and market does not provide free gov wifi. ipod could search 35 wifi aps when bus drove on the highway that it is hard to believe so i guess it maybe caused by the machine problem.
